This year, The Grant Cardone Foundation is on a mission to 10X the next generation of business leaders. To continue our commitment to providing educational opportunities for the youth in our community, we have started the First Generation Scholarship, to provide financial aid for students currently residing in the state of Florida who are first generation college students in their family pursuing a degree at Florida International Universities’ College of Business.
The First Generation Scholarship will cover a full ride for two students every year, up to $7,500 per year, with a renewal option for up to four additional years, for a total of $30,000 to the recipient. The scholarship recipients will receive mentorship support and gain access to a multitude of powerful business resources and learning material through Cardone’s world renowned training enterprise, Cardone Training Technologies, Inc.
Applications for the Fall 2021 year were open until the end of July 2021 with funds being awarded for the Fall 2021 semester.
The Grant Cardone Foundation team sorted and reviewed numerous applications. After which, Sheri Hamilton, COO of Cardone Enterprises, was given the difficult task of making the final choice. We loved them all, but the two recipients were finally selected. They were given the news that they were being awarded their scholarships on August 12, 2021, which also happens to be International Youth Day.
Please help us congratulate 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐉𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞 who is a Management Major in his junior year at FIU.
Accolades also to the second recipient, 𝐀𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧, who is a sophomore and Human Resources Management Major.
Cheers to both of you! We cannot wait to watch you both grow and support you on your academic journey. Students like these overcoming odds and prospering is what the Grant Cardone Foundation was created to help all at-risk youth accomplish.
