The 10X Hub Initiative

The 10X Hub Initiative is a visionary, scalable and impactful program that will help educate youth. The 10X Hub is the first GCF-owned global initiative; a mentorship hub providing financial literacy, entrepreneurship and mentorship programs to level the playing field and fight poverty in South Africa.

Our mission at The Grant Cardone Foundation is to provide mentoring and financial literacy education to adolescents in underserved and at-risk populations, especially those without a father figure.

Unfortunately, 55% of the South African population live in poverty with a high unemployment rate and 40% of learners never finish grade 12. Underlying many of society’s most pressing challenges is a lack of father involvement in their children’s lives.

Our Solution

Our 10X Hub will aim to empower individuals economically so that they can better manage household resources and develop income generating activities. We want to create more employment opportunities, innovation, investment and trade activity. As well as provide guidance, inspiration and purpose for individuals and put them on the path to success while increasing their confidence.

10X Hub will be divided into six phases, each with a goal in mind. We will have facilitator training with the Community Partners and host monthly workshops centered around financial literacy, business training, and development. GCF and Labit will select applicants to attend a three-day competitive business workshop where the five entrepreneurs will enter a 6-month business program to help them build their businesses. 

We are excited to host this initiative and help the next generation of leaders to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to create a brighter future for themselves.
